董庆文：美国太平洋大学传播学教授

董庆文博士是美国太平洋大学传播系教授、研究生项目主任。

他负责教授跨文化沟通、研究方法及大众传播理论等课程。

董教授曾获得多项学校荣誉，包括埃伯哈特教师/学者奖、教师研究讲座奖和本科研究指导优秀奖。

他还担任该校首位“多样性、公平与包容”教务长研究员，并在2020至2022年间，担任太平洋大学多样性、公平与包容委员会的联合主席。

董教授指导了七期夏季学院，培训了数百名中国教授和研究生。

他近期的研究聚焦于传统及社交媒体在美国和中国的社会化效应。

他担任多个中美高等教育国际合作项目的顾问，致力于推动两国在高等教育领域的国际合作。

Dr.Qingwen Dong is Professor and graduate program director of CommunicationDepartment at University of the Pacific. He is teaching interculturalcommunication, research methods, and theory of mass communication. He was arecipient of the University’s Award for Eberhardt Teacher/Scholar; the Awardfor Faculty Research Lecturer; and the Award for Excellence in UndergraduateResearch Mentoring. He served as the university first Provost Faculty Fellow inDiversity, Equity and Inclusion and served as the co-chair of UniversityCommittee for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Pacific (2020-2022). Hedirected seven summer institute training hundreds of Chinese professors andgraduate students at Pacific. His recent research publications focus onsocialization effects of traditional and social media both in the United Statesand China. He is a consultant for various international collaboration projectsin higher education between China and the United States.
